Jain Temples

Gadi Sagar Lake

However, the lake now almost dries up during summers, but as monsoons arrive, it fills with water and is a much favorite with waterfowls and other migratory birds.

Jaisalmer Havelis

The magnificent havelis of Jaisalmer are a fine reminder of its affluent past. Richly carved facades, exquisite oriel windows, ornate balconies, and fine detailing of these havelis bear the imprints of the skilled craftsmanship of the days gone by. Nathmal Ki Haveli, Patwon Ki Haveli, and Salim Singh Ki Haveli are the three renowned havelis of Jaisalmer.
