Rajasthan Special

Forts & Palaces

High rampart and magnificent facades of Rajasthani forts enclose elegant palaces and gardens within their confines. Glittering mirror-work, ornate sculptures, and exquisite stonework portray the opulence of the Rajputs. Amer Fort and Mehrangarh Fort are the two stunning forts while Umaid Palace and Hawa Mahal illustrate the royal chic.

Pilgrimages

Rajasthan’s beautiful temples and shrines embody the quiet spirituality of Rajasthan. Ajmer, the tomb of the Sufi Saint Khwaja Muin-ud-din Chishti, and Pushkar, a sacred Hindu pilgrimage, are the two most visited holy sites in Rajasthan.

Wildlife

The erstwhile hunting grounds of the Rajputs, now converted into national parks, promise you a thrilling experience. Spot the royal Bengal tiger on a tiger safari in the wilderness of Ranthambore or watch fuchsia flamingoes & elusive Siberian cranes frolicking in the swamps of Bharatpur.

Desert Safari

The golden dunes of Thar invite you for a thrilling desert safari. Ride on camelbacks like desert nomads, camp under the stars, watch a cultural extravaganza and taste the delectable local cuisine of Rajasthan during a safari on the dunes of Thar.

Fairs and Festivals

Rajsathan’s lively fairs & festival breathe life in the quiet desert landscape. Holi celebrations in Jaipur, Desert Festival in Jaisalmer, and Pushkar Camel Fair are some of the most spectacular festivals of Rajasthan.

- Memorable Experience !

Caper Travel designed a three week tour to Rajasthan and Goa for four of us in a private car during March. The driver, guides and everyone associated with the organisation were professional, reliable and punctual! We had an amazing time, made even better because of the good accomodation choices and extra additions, such as elephant and camel ride.
Thank you so much Caper for giving us a truly memorable experience of your beautiful country!
